Mobile Notary Chris offers accurate, discreet and confidential Notary Public services with a pleasant and professional demeanor. We know that documents requiring a signature to be notarized are often personal and sensitive and we are committed to providing you with personalized service to insure your confidentiality maintained. Short deadlines can often be met and after hours response is routine.
Please be prepared! You must bring current, unexpired identification for a notarization to proceed. In WA state, you may provide a Driver's License, a government issued ID, or a Passport and it must include your photograph.
If there is a situation in which a signer does NOT have suitable identification, then subscribing witnesses may be used. Please notify Mobile Notary Chris in advance, if this situation exists as it requires additional signers, witnesses, time, etc. You, the client, must provide your own document(s). IF you have any questions, please contact us and we'll confirm what is necessary to move forward.
Special Situations
Mobile Notary Chris has extensive experience with elderly persons, including hospital, rehabilitations centers, and nursing homes. Those folks that are bed bound or have limited mobility can usually be accommodated. All signings are conducted in a professional, compassionate manner.
Fees and Charges
Notary Public fees are regulated/limited by Washington state at $10.00 per Signature.
Mobile/Travel/Response Charges start at $25.00 per visit and are dependent upon your location. Please confirm your location and the travel charge when booking your appointment. The more travel time involved or longer distance from the business base, the travel charge increases and you will receive a quote when you make your appointment.
